John P. Sousa and Band in Milwaukee Auditorium (1926) (oversize vintage print)

An absolutely beautiful oversize (18x12") print of John Phillip Sousa and his band performing for his 72nd birthday on March 6, 1926 in the Milwaukee Auditorium. The entire frame is in focus, creating a beautiful scene for the viewer to fall into.

Coming from the Chicago Sun-Times archive, this is probably one of very few prints made by the Kaufman & Fabry Co in Chicago still in existence. It is an excellent piece of both musical and American history.

Print is on heavy paper. It bears two 1 1/4" tears on the right and left side of the paper they both just barely affect the printed area. But other than that, the print is in excellent condition for its age.
