English Tommies Evacuate Dunkirk

A haunting print of English soldiers aboard an evacuation ship after being "snatched from the jaws of death" at Dunkirk. This photo vividly captures the expressions of these young men, on which are written the trials they've recently endured. Print is stamped 1965, but this is likely a much earlier photo. There are two pieces of copy on the verso, and the 1965 stamp is on the clearly newer piece of copy.

Print is on 8.5x4.75" paper and is in good condition. Surface bears one 1.5" crease towards top left.
