Tanks on Normandy Beach | 10th Anniversary of DDay (1954)
Tanks on Normandy Beach | 10th Anniversary of DDay (1954)
A haunting print of American tanks on Normandy Beach, abandoned during the DDay invasion. Also on the beach are Josiane Thomas, who was born on DDay and Michel Hardelay who was mayor of the town of Vierville and welcomed the American troops.
The print is excellently clear. and on 7x9" paper. It is in good condition for its age, with some edge/corner wear, and a small crimp in the sky of the printed area.
